Chapel 9/9/2010
Today I was asked to lead off the chapel service with a pre-service prayer. It is amazing how God can place a word in your heart and mind in an instant; today was one of these instances, as I was asked i felt I knew what I needed to say.
We need to break down boundaries and borders that we’ve put up, the everyday routine is holding us back, and in the process we begin to place God in a sort of rut. We expect Him to fit into our time slot, a simple eleven to twelve class period with no expectation of his presence. Don’t hold back.
I prayed and claimed Interpretation this morning as well, and let us just say that He always comes through.
My confirmation was given when the song “Breakthrough” by Peder Eide was sung in transition of the service. the place exploded and I was on my face before I knew what happenned.
Do Not place boundaries and restrictions on my God, for He is bigger than you could even know; It’s time for a breakthrough
